What is the most important thing that you could do in your life? I think it is creating positivity, whether it is by helping someone, saying nice things, smiling, being sincere, being silent, praying, playing, loving, hugging, kissing or just doing or saying something nice.
By creating positivity within and around you, you not only create happiness and energy, but also pay tribute and respect and add to the positive energy of the universe - whether you call it God, the creator, yang or chi or whatever else.
It doesnt take much to create positivity. It can just be this moment. So go ahead, make your life rich.
